Bangalore: This young city boasts of a rich history. From ancient temples to popular nightclubs, Bangalore has it all. Some of the most important temples here are the dravidian Bull Temple, the ISKCON Temple and a Hanuman Temple. For the family ideal parks are Cubbon Park, a green oasis apread in over 300 acres. For wildlife lovers the Bannerghatta National Park is a great place to spot migrating elephants, bison, wild boar and if one is extremely lucky, the elusive leopard as well.
Mysore: Mysore is known as the ‘city of palaces’ and here one can find the Ambavilas Palace also known as the Mysore Palace, the Jaganmohana Palace, the Jayalakshmi Vilas and the Lalitha Mahal. Chamundeshwari Temple, which is perched on the Chamundi Hills is a revered shrine.
