We always love to receive feedback from guests who have stayed in our homestays and were delighted with the results of our latest Customer As Promoters Score (CAPS) survey.
The CAPS survey asked guests who have used our services “how strongly would you recommend us?” on a scale of 1-10. With more than 60% of Indian customers and 80% of overseas customers giving us a positive rating, our overall CAP score is an exceptional 45%.
We are happy to see such great feedback from our guests. To receive a positive CAP score is considered very good so thank you to all our guests who took part.
Following their holiday we ask guests to review their experiences via an email survey and have been given an average of 8.6 / 10, again indicating a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your feedback is always appreciated and forms an important part in ensuring that our affiliated homes provide services and amenities that meet the expectations of the discerning traveller.
Some recent guest feedback:
“The view from the terrace makes this the best location in Jodhpur. The setting is refreshingly peaceful and stunning. The Rais are a sweet family and go out of their way to make every aspect of the stay convenient and comfortable. I definitely wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I visit Jodhpur again.”
Madona Hildebrand from the USA stayed at Indrashan in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

“We had a fantastic stay with the Ponappas. The property was beautiful and was situated in a huge coffee estate. The house is lovely with a beautiful porch and a garden which is really well maintained. The house itself is very beautifully done up with the decor reflecting Cauvery Ponappa’s taste and style. The rooms were comfortable and decently sized. The best part of the stay was the home cooked Coorgi good served by the hosts.”
