We always love to receive feedback from guests who have discovered the high standard of services and amenities our homestays offer and were delighted with the results of a recent Customer As Promoters Score (CAPS) survey.
The CAPS survey asked guests who have used our services between April ’09 and October ’10 “how strongly would you recommend us?” on a scale of 1-10.
A high percentage of our guests scored Mahindra Homestays a perfect ten, indicating that they would very strongly recommend our Homestays. In fact 34% of Indian guests and 39% of our international guests opted to give us the highest score possible.
The majority of guests scored their Mahindra Homestays experience over five. Of those surveyed 85% of Indian guests and 88% of international guests scored us between six and ten.
We are happy to see such positive scores from our guests which give us an overall CAPS score of 54%. To receive a positive score is considered to be good and to score over 50% is exceptional so thank you to all our guests who took part. Your feedback is always appreciated and forms an important part in ensuring that our affiliated homes provide services and amenities that meet the expectations of the discerning traveller.
